We’ll email you a copy of your receipt, as well as shipping notifications so you can track your package.
If your order includes online/digital products, keep an eye on your email inbox for your login credentials or head to the members page of your account.
Accessing online content
If you've purchased a Complete Set, Instruction Pack or any Maths Australia training or courses check your emails (& spam and junk folders!) for your login credentials.
If you already have an account, your new purchase will show up in your account right away. Head to your members dashboard.
Training Purchases
Your training manuals and any manipulatives you've purchased will be mailed out to you. You will also have access to training content through our members dashboard.
We'll also email you closer to your scheduled training so you can be prepared for your workshop/s.
